How It Works

Simple for families.
Powerful for understanding.

One assessment session. A clear picture of where your child is and what they can do, on their own terms.

01

Parent creates an account

Sign up in 2 minutes. Add your child's profile: name, grade, and any notes about their learning needs. One account can hold multiple children.

02

Choose category and level

Select a skill area: Math, Reading, Financial Literacy, Social, Safety, Time & Planning, or Decision-Making. Set the starting difficulty based on what you know about your child.

03

Student takes the assessment

One question at a time, untimed. Students can use the Listen button to hear the question read aloud, tap a Hint if they're stuck, or ask for step-by-step guidance.

04

Platform calculates results

Every answer, every hint used, every listen tap is recorded. The engine calculates a level, a score, and notes which supports helped, all automatically.

05

Parent and child see the report

A clear, plain-language report shows exactly what level was reached, what the student did well, and what they might focus on next. Both parent and child see the same report.

06

Download and share

Export the report as a PDF to share with an IEP team, therapist, or private tutor. Reassess after 30 days to track growth over time.

Built-In Features

Every student gets the right support

🔊

Read Aloud

Every question can be read aloud using the device's built-in text-to-speech. No extra app, no cost. Especially helpful for students with reading differences or auditory processing needs.

💡

Hint System

Optional hints reveal a guided clue for any question without giving away the answer. The platform records whether a hint was used, so it shows up in the report.

📋

Step-by-Step

Some questions include a step-by-step scaffold that breaks down how to approach the problem. Students can use it or skip it. The choice is theirs.

⏱️

Completely Untimed

There is no clock. No pressure. Students work at their own pace on every question. This is deliberate. Timed tests measure anxiety, not ability.

📊

Four Adaptive Levels

Level 1 (Supported) through Level 4 (Advanced). The parent sets a starting level, and the adaptive engine adjusts in real time, moving questions up or down based on how the student responds during the assessment.

📄

PDF Export

Every report can be downloaded as a clean PDF. Share it with your child's IEP team before a meeting, send it to a therapist, or just keep it for your records.

Designed for Different Learners

Support is part of the design, not an afterthought

🧠

Students with IEPs

The platform tracks which supports were used on each question. Your child's report reflects both what they knew and how they worked through harder questions.

🗣️

Language processing differences

Questions are written in plain, direct language. Longer questions can be heard rather than read. Hints restate the problem in simpler terms.

Attention and focus

One question at a time. No scrolling. No timers. Clean, minimal interface with nothing to distract from the question itself.

📚

Intellectual disability

Level 1 questions reflect real functional ability at a supported level. The goal is to find what a student CAN do, not to document what they can't.
